We are a Kenwood authorised dealer of their communications equipment and offer excellent service and support for all of the Kenwood products we sell. We have been here in the United Kingdom since back in 1989 and from the start we were involved with communications systems. In the two way radio business some companies come and go at an alarming rate, but we're not quite the same as those; our company actually sells far more than 'just' radios, whereas many so called 'dealers' are purely focused on radios, the lowest price and then no or little support.
We're different! And that's because originally our Managing Director came from service departments and not sales departments. It makes a difference because a focus on customer support and fast turnaround helps customers in the best way we know how, rather than shuffling around trying to save a few pounds on the headline price of equipment - which near enough would always end badly for the customer.
We have our own service department with qualified engineers that are competent in many areas such as communications engineers need to be these days - and you will find that they are friendly people that want to help... even on a Monday!
Of course we sell many other products too. Such as high quality earpieces and microphones that won't break the bank, but are of as high quality that you can buy, and if you want the original accessories for the radio equipment, no problem, we sell that too.
